Insomnia

I think that I will have bouts of insomnia off and on for the rest of my life. I'll be happy if they only come around once a year. This year there were some terrible streaks of it where I became so frustrated I stopped trying to sleep at all until I became loopy, ill and possibly hallucinatory. Fun times!
